Part Time, Full Time, and Summer Plans
Pitter Patter Learning Center, LLC has a number of programs and policies for kids of all ages, from infants up through high school. Please read all the information below to be fully aware of rates, requirements, and other details. You are welcome to contact us at any time to learn about what we can do for your precious child.
Full-Time Weekly Fees
Full-time is defined as having access to our services on all days that we are open, Monday through Friday from 6:00AM – 8:00PM. 25+ hours per week.
Part-Time Weekly Fees
Part-time is defined as having access to our services with a maximum of three days per week, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. These days will be selected by the parents at the time of registration, and can be changed with a two-week notice. 24 hours or less per week.
- All money orders are to be payable to: Pitter Patter Learning Center, LLC.
- Tuition should be placed in the administrator's hand.
- Our tax ID number is available upon request.
Additional Payment Policies
Vacations:
The center must be notified of vacation dates two weeks in advance. Each child is granted 5 free vacation days (after 90 days of attendance). These days may be used individually or for an entire week. If the child is on vacation for more than 5 days, the normal rate will be charged after the first week.
Holidays:
Full tuition is due for any periods including holidays.
Registration Fee:
A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 per child is charged. This fee is for each child enrolled. A child is not considered enrolled until the registration fee is received.
Delinquent Accounts / Returned Checks:
A fee of $5.00 per day will be charged to the account if payment is not received by the designated day. (Please see above.) A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds, and the parent will be required to pay cash until all account balances are settled.
Late Pickup Charges:
If a parent realizes that circumstances beyond their control are going to delay pickup, a phone call is requested. This is important because many children fear they have been forgotten when parents do not arrive at their usual time. A late fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged after 6.00 pm. Please remember, our staff is anxious to get home on time to their families and commitments.
Withdrawals:
Parents wishing to withdraw their child(ren) may do so at any time. A MINIMUM TWO WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE is required for termination of childcare services.
Inclement Weather:
On rare occasions, it may be necessary to close the center due to poor weather conditions. We will make every effort to open our doors at the normal time. If circumstances should arise, watch a local television station for closing information. On these occasions, regular payment is expected.
